Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 15 days with proper justification/ reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 15 days from the date of the payment.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

The amount will be credited to the customer within 15 days as an original payment method.

Conditions for refunds:

We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above refund conditions at our sole discretion.
